How long will latex balloons float?
Some people shy away from ordering balloon bouquets for the fear that they won’t last very long. While latex balloons filled with only
helium will not last much longer than a day—this is not so when a product called Hi-Float is added to balloons. Hi-Float is a liquid latex
that when added to latex balloons prior to inflation can increase float time by up to 25 times. Meaning a standard 11” balloon can float
for up to 3 to 4 weeks. Larger balloons can float for even longer (36” latex balloons treated with Hi-Float have been known to float for at
least 8 months!). While some balloon companies charge extra for this service all of our latex balloons at Balloons, Etc come treated with
Ultra Hi-Float at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! Meaning latex balloons can float for just as long as mylar balloons and sometimes even
longer!!
(All float times are estimated and can not be guaranteed as other
conditions such as weather can affect float time as well).
