Balloons, Etc is owned and operated by Jacob and Kimberly Cowger; also known as Sparkles and Sprinkles the Clowns. Started as a home-based balloon delivery service around 1994, Balloons, Etc was expanded into a full-service Balloon/Magic/Clown Supply store with the opening of our Retail location in April of 2004. *While we still deliver smiles daily with our specialty balloon designs we also create custom balloon décor for weddings and any special event. *Magician Supplies are available for the beginning magician to the seasoned professional. We are proud to be Eastern Iowa ’s ONLY Magic Shop! *Clown supplies include high quality make-up, wigs, props, face-paint, and twisting balloons/books/videos. *Hours of mischief and mayhem can be created with the wide array of Jokes and Novelties available at Balloons, Etc… |
Since the flooding that occurred in our city on 6-12-08, our business has undergone a lot of changes. After 2 and a half months
of clean up, re-building, and re-modeling we are proud to be re-open and better than ever. Please stop by to see all the
changes that have taken place. Above all else, we encourage you to please support local small businesses that were affected
